Create a welcoming environment from the moment someone walks in. An experience that goes above and beyond what would be expected.

  • Offer a friendly greeting and smile to make guests feel genuinely cared for and welcome.

  • Be ready to assist guests before, during, and after the service.

  • Open and close doors for guests as they arrive and depart. Distribute programs and other materials as they enter and exit.
