Middle School Small Group Leader

Build meaningful relationships with students and help them grow in their faith.

  • Lead a group of same gender middle school students.

  • Connect and care for small group students through weekly communication (Texting, phone calls, social media, etc.)

  • Deepen group relationships by participating in various serving and social events together, outside of regular meeting.

Requirements: Anyone over the age of 18 must have a completed background check on file to serve. Complete volunteer application and informal interview.

Youth Serving: 16+ 

​

Serving Time: Serve during Wednesday night at Impact 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Plan a few outside events with your small group throughout the year.

  • Attend 5:30 pm leader huddle. 

  • Commit to serving for one school year (September - May)
